Installation

Installation works are carried out adhering to the criteria set out in the specification and within the tolerance & requirement of the relevant Australian Standard. Upon completion, the client is provided with a checked and signed certificate which confirms the installation meets with the relevant Australian Standards.

Dismantle

Dismantle works generally include trade-in offer, making good the concrete slab and packing & strapping of dismantled components for transport or storage.

Warehouse Reconfiguration

Reconfiguration works includes provision of the following:

  • Initial Consultation to assess the client’s requirement and expectations in regards to the current warehouse.
  • Site Survey to gather information required to develop a plan, layout drawings and detailed proposal. This includes analysis of the existing warehouse operation, layout, existing storage equipment suitability and condition.
  • A detailed Specification & Quotation is provided to the client and forms the basis of the contract. The specification is based on the detail of the planning (drawings & schedules) and is designed to give the client a clear understanding of the total process. This specification confirms the load capacities of the storage equipment and reference to the relevant Australian Standards.
  • The development of detailed plan, schedule of works and stock movement schedule by product location to ensure all products can be identified at any stage of the reconfiguration process.

Warehouse Relocation

Perrin Industries Warehouse Relocation service is all inclusive and includes the following:

  • Initial Consultation to assess the client’s requirement and expectations in regards to the current warehouse, the proposed warehouse and the logistical requirements to facilitate the relocation. This includes how to best facilitate the relocation in a cost-effective manner with minimal impact on the day to day operations on the business.
  • Site Survey to gather information required to develop a plan, layout drawings and detailed proposal. This includes analysis of the existing warehouse operation, layout, existing storage equipment suitability and condition.
  • Analysis of the new facility including floor condition, obstructions, height restrictions, access, traffic management, materials handling equipment to be used and existing storage equipment.
  • A detailed Specification & Quotation is provided to the client and forms the basis of the contract. The specification is based on the detail of the planning (drawings & schedules) and is designed to give the client a clear understanding of the total process.
